Humanistics is a small Leadership Development consultancy, providing training and coaching to Blue Chip clients in the UK and abroad.

What were the major pain points of your process prior to using Training Post?

We were struggling to find a cost effective Learning Management System, which was simple and flexible enough to accommodate our e-learning materials, create individual client portals and link to our online payment system. 

We reviewed around 20 Learning Management Systems, but hit obstacles with each one.  The solution was a bespoke LMS but the prices for those were too high for us.

What do you use Training Post for?

We use Training Post to host our e-learning courses. Each of our clients have their own portal and this has proved extremely useful as most client LMSs are not fit for purpose.

What is your subject area?

Leadership development, Coaching, Communication Skills, Induction Programmes.

Our clients are blue chip organisations who have large numbers of people requiring development. We mainly work in the Finance, Utilities and Comms sectors

What was the most obvious advantage you felt our product offered during the sales process?

Flexibility. Tailored system that allowed us to brand appropriately. Cost effective. Paul was excellent in understanding our requirements and tailoring the system to meet our needs.

Would you describe a few of the reasons you decided to buy our product?

The support from Paul and the team is first class. Training Post gives us everything we need, at a reasonable price. It is definitely more cost effective than other LMS providers.

Were there any high-level initiatives or goals that prompted the decision to buy?

The pandemic meant that we had to transition all our courses online.

How long have you been using our product?

For approximately 2 years.

Were there any other advantages you discovered after using the product more regularly?

It’s very simple to use.

Are there any metrics or KPIs you track with our product?

We track how many people have completed courses - the system MI enables us to see at a glance how our delegates are doing.

What would your team's workflow or process be like without our product?

If not impossible, it would be a massive drain on time and energy

Do you think the investment in our product was worthwhile?

Definitely. We are so happy with what we have. We trust the team and we can now deliver a very good service to clients whose own LMS is not fit for purpose.

What is your advice to others who might be considering our product?

We were thoroughly frustrated at trying to find a solution that matched our unique needs. Speaking with Paul was a breath of fresh air - he understood what we were looking for and provided just what we needed. He was also a brilliant support during the set up phase, joining us in discussion meetings with Web Developers etc. Being new to the whole LMS implementation process and working against the clock to source and set up the system for clients, it was amazing to have Paul with us every step of the way.
